The Writer

I have always known that one day I would take this path though yesterday I did not know it would be today.

If I could write a story,
it would be about a writer.

It would be episodic.
The same character.
The same place.
The same theme.

Because,
There was no beginning today,
There will be no end tomorrow.
You see,
The middle is just another way
of saying Siyanara! to yesterday.

But will they understand that the writer is me?
That it's character driven and I'm at the wheel?
Is the strength of irony enough to succeed?
