Unglued 2012 Recap

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported me Saturday at Unglued.  It was a really great day and I couldn't have asked for more.  My little girl behaved and stayed inside my belly and didn't give me any grief.  We also have a few more diapers paid for now. Yippee!  I still plan on opening my Etsy shop March 1st so if you saw something you liked but didn't get it, please check out the grand opening.  Meanwhile I am going to be cleaning like crazy to get ready for the little miss. Before craft shows a tornado of fabric, thread, paper, glue, etc. takes over our entire house.  (Isn't my hubby the best!)  Now it is time to pick it up and finish preparing for one of the biggest changes of our entire lives.  Any suggestions? If you have had kids or helping someone who did prepare, what did you do that was really useful?

  2. Precook meals and freeze them. OR at least have supplies in the cabinet for your favorites, so you can make them easily if you crave them. Ditto the sleep. Finally, accept the reality that you will never be prepared because every child is different and rest calmly. As long as she is loved and still breathing and growing, things will be just fine :) Love ya!
